* parser.[ch], dialogs.c: Updated to use GtkFileChooser for open and
save operations (thanks to code borrowed from Vital Khilko).
* utils_gui.c: Stopped saving 'depht' (misspelled too) to gconf.
* gui.c: Respect window geometry config and disable actions that
expect an open file when creating the initial application/window.
