* th.po: Updated Thai translation. Mark nplurals=2 although Thai has
no plural forms, as a workaround for some strings with overloaded
non-c-format singular form.

* gnome-applet.c: change gnome_applet_set_persist to set_life.
change all 'fakesync' calls to their non-fake variants, breaking
dynamic loading of applets as shared libraries (for now) but
removing the dependency on the binding tool patch.
