Log message:
Initial work to support audio and video codecs as plugins.
Ported the GmPrefsWindow to use a new GmCodecsBox GOBject. This object
is a box containing a codecs list and building it from a list of available
codecs and the current configuration. Callbacks are triggered when the codecs
list is modified.
