Log message:
* Updated all device implementation to use new default style /
flyweight style class variables and base class implementations
of default_style / getDefaultStyle
* Fix bug in CliqueAudio.isActive
* Moved style storage to individual devices instead of one large
dict in the DeviceManager
* Added methods specific to loading and persisting output style
dictionaries to SettingsManager
* Added postInitOutput and postCloseOutput methods to AEOutput
to support persistence of styles
* Enabled style loading and persistence logic
