I am *extremely* conscious that I am checking in this change on the day that
2.16 is released, but www.gnome.org/tour/ does not seem to be referenced by
the current site, nor can Google find any links to it, nor is there even a
www.gnome.org/tour/en/, suggesting to me that it is entirely OK to risk
disrupting this section of the site (even though I have tested the patch as
well as I can think and see no reason that it should cause any problems.)

* Makefile.am (install-data-local): Echo a warning if there are missing
figures in a translation directory, but don't make the build error out.
