dogtail : i18n.py
Log message:
* dogtail/i18n.py: Also use safeDecode() instead of calling any
string's encode() method directly. Now i18n.py should work exclusively with
Unicode internally, and the safe conversion means that dogtail should never
crash because of an invalid Unicode string ever again.
