* includes/common.inc.php:
- validate_login() returns FALSE if user is blocked
* includes/art_headers.inc.php:
- PHP code cleaning (removed some old stuff)
- Prevent log in blocked users
* default.css:
- Add table_topic CSS class
* admin/edit_user.php:
- XHTML output formating
- Block users by username
- List of blocked users (ID, login, name)
- Allow unblock multiple users
- Nested forms fix (set table order by links and $_GET)
