* configure.in: Define Automake conditional OS_WIN32.
* monikers/Makefile.am: Use relative path to the moniker DLL on
Win32. Odd that I haven't noticed this until now.
* bonobo-activation/bonobo-activation-fork-server.c (child_setup):
#define child_setup as NULL on Win32, instead of having it as a
real but empty function, to avoid runtime warning from GLib.
