* configure.in : require Cairo 0.3.0
plug-ins/cairo/diacairo.c : changed to match ;-)
* app/app_procs.c() : new function dump_dependencies()
which gets called by: dia --version --verbose
and may help to track version dependent problems in
our dependencies
* lib/font.c : reverted to previous version cause using
not implemented Pango API did not improve the issue.
