* src/gpm-debug.c:
* src/gpm-debug.h:
Add in the debug option so we can easier debug g-p-m.
Now adding the options --debug=power --debug=manager will only display
the gpm-power and gpm-manager debug output.

* src/gpm-manager.c:
* src/gpm-tray-icon.c:
Convert some more g_debug's to gpm_debug so we can use the above.
