* src/Bim.cs:
* src/IptcFile.cs: Remove debug spew, fix to work properly with
the new semweb.
* src/SvgFile.cs: disable SemWeb source until it works again.
* src/XmpTagsImporter.cs: refactor to reduce code size, and remove
XmpTagMetadata use. Disable the Description setting for the time
being.
* Makefile.am: remove XmpTagsMetadata.cs.
* src/XmpTagsMetadata.cs: remove from repository.
