* src/gpm-hal-power.c:
Remove erroneous HALD_SERVICE definitions.
* src/gpm-manager.c:
Don't watch to see if the tray icon is destroyed; it can't happen with
GtkStatusIcon.
Don't get the difference in charge and add it to the event log on
resume as HAL has not refreshed and this will never succeed.
