* semweb/RdfXmlWriter.cs: don't use ever try to use xmlns as an xmlns.
* src/MetadataStore.cs:
* src/IptcFile.cs:
* src/Tiff.cs: create nodes with the fake base uri rather than a
blind node.
* src/XmpFile.cs: try to clean up the namespace and About attributes.
