* Corrected missing value announcement
* Made tooltips in settings dialog more robust, might have been
losing them before
* Changed settings dialog to show settings for loaded Perks as
well as associated Perks; need to fix to use human readable names
instead of class names
* Removed installed, but unloaded UIEs from settings dialog view
* Fixed backward walk order regression introduced while fixing doc
browsing
