* patches/src680/apply: add xmlhelp-use-libxslt-from-system.diff
NovellOnlyUnix; fixes problems with helpcontent on x86_64;
it is distro specific section because it breaks help without system
libxslt => need to try the latest Caolans patch (it might work
everywhere)
* distro-configs/SUSE-*.conf.in: use --with-system-libxslt
