* recorder/dogtail-recorder: Add support for recording right clicks.
It mostly works, but I'm seeing some inconsistency regarding what gets focus
when a right-click event occurs. For example, when a nautilus icon seems to
retain focus only about half the times it is right-clicked; the other half, the
context menu receives the focus. Obviously, when that happens, the recorder
records the wrong event.
