Return NULL for no hardware, not FALSE;
* src/gpm-hal-cpufreq.c: (gpm_hal_cpufreq_has_hw):
Only load the gobject if we have the cpufreq_control hardware.
* src/gpm-hal.h:
Define org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.LightSensor for some crazy new
experimental stuff on the horizon.
