* lib/rb-util.c: (rb_string_split_words), (rb_search_fold): downgrade
non-unicode warnings to debug statements, since they can occur with
slightly broken files.
* plugins/iradio/rb-iradio-plugin.c: (impl_deactivate):
* shell/rb-shell.c: (rb_shell_source_deleted_cb): fix a crasher if the
iradio plugin is disabled and re-enabled.
