* protocols/telepathy/gossip-telepathy-cmgr.[ch]: Added connection
manager's name to GossipCmgrInfo.
* protocols/telepathy/gossip-telepathy-chan-contact-list.c:
Request presence updates when getting roster members.
* protocols/telepathy/gossip-telepathy-private.h: Add a function
for requesting presence updates, this will move to a seperate file
soon that is dedicated to presence handling.
* protocols/telepathy/gossip-telepathy.c: Made is possible to
use connection managers that already have active connections to a
specific account.
