* configure.in
* bin/Makefile.am: Use HAVE_* instead of HAS_* in variables set by
tests for libraries. Added optional test for GTK+.
* bin/gegl.c: Added #if HAVE_GTK to fix build when not using GTK+.
* bin/gegl-options.c: Removed usage information for options that are
no longer used.
