Make "My Bugs and Patches" also contain patches. #338309
* describeuser.cgi:
Search for patches too; security stuff removed because it failed
on bugzilla-test! (mysql bug #12943
[http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12943] or something like that?)
* template/en/custom/reports/user.html.tmpl:
Show patches as well. Also, do a massive cleanup of the code to
make it readable including providing the interface for this file
as opposed to the interface for a different one.
