* src/SvgFile.cs: work around bug somewhere in librsvg or gtk
until a proper fix is ready.
* src/PreviewPopup.cs: use the renamed methods.
* src/Widgets/CairoUtils.cs: add utility method to create surface
from drawable. Rename some old methods.
