* lib/gui/gmmenuaddon.c lib/gui/gmmenuaddon.h:
Added possibility to associate a closure to delete the data passed to
a callback in a menu.
* src/gui/contacts.cpp src/gui/contacts.h:
Use the new closure callbacks defined for the menus in order to be able
to delete the callback data when the handler is disconnected.
* src/gui/addressbook.cpp:
Use the shared callbacks for the all menus and call them through a
wrapper in order to have only one callback defined for each action.
* src/gui/main.cpp:
Use the shared callbacks.
* src/gui/chat.cpp src/gui/callshistory.cpp:
Adapted to the new API.
* lib/gmcontacts/gmcontacts-ldap.cpp:
Fixed default presence.
* lib/gui/gmgroupseditor.c:
Changed default spacing.
