Log message:
A few minor changes:
- Move LogMemoryUsage() out to the SystemInformation class so that we
can get memory stats on demand in a few places.
- Change the memory kill switch from checking vmsize to rss, which it
should have been doing before.
- Get rid of the BEAGLE_ENABLE_IN_PROCESS_INDEXING env var, since it
hasn't worked for some time.
- Check for a few more AC adapter files in /proc when determining when
we're on mains. (Yeah, yeah, using HAL/g-p-m for this is a todo)
