* src/Widgets/CompositeUtils.cs: new methods to work around a bug
in gtk# and to wrap a gdk_xll_method.
* src/FullScreenView.cs: add a generic FadeIn effect that uses the
_NET_WM_WINDOW_OPACITY property to do the dirty work.
