* plug-ins/common/mkgen.pl: link plug-ins with the same
libraries
and in the same order as defined in the gimp.pc and gimpui.pc
files.
* plug-ins/common/Makefile.am: regenerated.
* plug-ins/common/lcms.c: implemented missing functionality.
