* tools/pdbgen/pdb/paths.pdb: removed gimp-paths-import-string, it
didn't exist in 2.2 and therefore doesn't need to be deprecated.
* app/pdb/internal_procs.c
* app/pdb/paths_cmds.c
* libgimp/gimppaths_pdb.[ch]: regenerated.
* libgimp/gimp.def: changed accordingly.
