configure.in, AssemblyInfo.cs: For those unfortunate earthlings without libchm,
libwv or gsf, dont register those filters.
NoiseFilter.cs, LuceneCommon.cs: Store interesting tokens from emails and
hostnames while indexing, so that parts of hostnames and emails found in the
text of a document is searchable.
