* reports/reports.cgi: Lots of changes...
- add a new "explanation of bugzilla terms and fields" section,
- add a new meta-section called categories since the page is
getting long,
- stop showing mostfrequent.html and product-mostfrequent.html
since those reports have problems and if people really want them
we should add the functionality to recent-mostfrequent.cgi
instead,
- fix spacing of the reports organized by version so that it's
readable
