Get things partially working. TODO
- More error checking on import
- set locales in i/o
- more value types on export
* dif.c (dif_get_line) : inc the line number so that error messages
are more useful.
(dif_parse_data) : handle quoted strings properly.
(dif_parse_data) : handle other value types.
(dif_file_save) : fix off by one in count of exported cols/rows.
(dif_file_save) : fix ancient typo in exported strings. "1,0" not
"1.0"
