bug #170540 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=170540]: Catch the
IOException from Inotify.Watch () and handle the case
of a directory vanishing out from under us.
We already catch it for WatchFiles, just not WatchDirectories.
I love lamp.
