* bin/make-win32-iso: If the environment variable DONTBUILD is
set, don't actually do a build in instsetoo, just do the ISO
creation dance. Useful for testing and manual tinkering.
Handle the languages where the folder for the language pack has
"en-US_" prefixed.
Don't redistribute *.EXE files either.
mkdir the $SRCISOROOT/src folder before attempting to copy stuff
there.
