* util.[ch]: (gsm_exec_command_line_async): New function.
(gsm_exec_async): New function
(gsm_exec_close_child): New function
* remote.c:
(remote_start): Use gsm_exec_async. Changed API.
Use g_spawn_async.
(close_child): New function.
* manager.c (run_command_prop): Updated.
* remote.h (remote_start): Updated.
* gsm-at-startup.c (gsm_assistive_tech_exec): Use
gsm_exec_command_line_async.
* gsm-sound.c (start_esd): Use gsm_exec_command_line_async.
