* sources/rb-ipod-source.c: (rb_ipod_source_dispose),
(load_ipod_db_idle_cb), (rb_ipod_load_songs): remove the idle callback
when disposing of the source. Fixes #376155
* plugins/daap/Makefile.am: fix some distcheck brokenness.
