libxml++/parsers: textreader.cc textreader.h

* libxml++/parsers/textreader.cc
* libxml++/parsers/textreader.h: Clean up TextReader() data
constructor signature. Removed '-1' as a special null terminated
value. This brings it inline with other parsers.
