* Refactored AEOutput interfaces so base class only has a generic send
method, subclasses have send implementation that dispatches to
convenience methods (e.g. sendString)
* Fixed bug in test log monitor for None layers
* Fixed ugly LookupErrors in AEEvents when applications dying
