dogtail : config.py tree.py
Log message:
* dogtail/config.py: Add parameter 'childrenLimit', which is an integer
representing how many children of a Node instance to return at maximum. The
default is 100.
* dogtail/tree.py: Only return config.childrenLimit children. Log a
warning to the debug logger the first time the list is clipped, but remain
silent on subsequent occurences.
