- SQL queries fixes

- Added create_title()

- Added create_title()

* includes/art_headers.inc.php:
- Adds specific feed link to main template (XHTML head) if exists
* templates/en/main.html:
- {rss-current} and {atom-current} will be replaced by specific feed link
- Main /backend.php feed renamed (Art.Gnome.org latest update feed)
