* src/clipboard.c (clipboard_paste_region) : don't warn when pasting
a cellregion with no cells which can easily happen on undo, where
the old content of a region was empty. Problem originated in 2006-11-11
move from lists to a hash.
(cellregion_cmd_size) : ditto.
