* gegl/buffer/gegl-buffer.c (bilinear_8), (resample_bilinear_u8),
(gegl_buffer_get): Add bilinear resampling to gegl_buffer_get
fixes bug #378115 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378115], the only
outstanding issue from that bug is
to expand the code to do trilinear resampling.
