* pango/pango-layout.c (pango_layout_get_extents_internal): Rework
the way we compute the real_width to avoid calling
pango_layout_get_extents(), and so, avoid one
pango_font_get_glyph_extents() call per glyph per layout rendering.
We now make 2 such calls.
