* patches/scsolver/*.diff: re-gen'ed:
+ added internal bits to later add support for integer constraints.
+ finally fixed a crash-on-exit bug caused by a simple typo, but somehow
started manifesting itself only recently (no idea why).
+ added localized message for standard exception condition (we should
never see this message, however, because if we do, that means there is
a bug somewhere).
