* libgnomedb/data-entries/gnome-db-data-cell-renderer-info.h: Do not
try to prototype declare an enum. This is not possible, at least not in
C++. Comment-it out because it is not even used.
* testing/test-dyn-widgets.c:
(cust_forms_grids_test_sel_row_changed_cb),
(cust_forms_grids_test_prepare): Add some casts to avoid warnings.
