* gst-dialog.c (gst_dialog_constructor): destroy toplevel of the
widget we embed in the main dialog.
* gst-tool.c (gst_tool_impl_close): process all pending events before
exiting.
(gst_tool_show_report_window): do not throw critical warnings if
there's already a pending operation.
