* libbanshee/gst-playback-0.10.c: Added gst_playback_get_error_quarks
to return the GST_*_ERROR quarks/domains
* src/Banshee.MediaEngine/Gstreamer/GstPlayerEngine.cs: Added enums
for all the error codes in the GST_*_ERROR domains; work off those
domains/codes
