* gdk/makefile.msc gdk-pixbuf/makefile.msc : handle gdk*alias.def
* gdk/makefile.msc.in : add gtkmnemonichash.obj
* test/testgtk.c(set_parent_signal) : use g_message instead of
g_print to keep the 'testgtk --bench=all' output clean
