allows the splash screen to stay up the entire startup time, showing
progress of the interface load

plugins altogether by setting BANSHEE_PLUGINS_DISABLE
* src/Banshee.Base/Banshee.SmartPlaylist/Editor.cs: Focus the playlist
name entry on UI load
