Commit changes made on server.
* checksetup.pl: Set permissions for add-version.
* showdependencygraph.cgi: Remove size="8,24" from generated dot
files. Dot can figure out the correct size.
* bugzilla.gnome.org/cronjobs/update.sh: Write temp files to
$OUTPUT_DIR. Part of changes made before to allow the cronscripts to
work without using wget.
