* glom/dialog_new_database.cc:
* glom/dialog_new_database.h: Added show_dialog_new_database() helper function.
* glom/application.cc: on_document_load(): When opening from an example, which
always requires
database creation, show the self-host question dialog. This also allows the
user to change the
database title, which is OK.
