- cleaned up the code, moved the dialog into it's own file,
support for the new APT config variables
* configure.in, src/Makefile.am:
- added dialog_settings.py.in
* data/gnome-software-properties.glade:
- added the new APT config variables (MaxAge, MaxSize)
* src/gnome-software-properties.in:
- removed the dialog_settings code (now in dialog_settings.py.in)
